Check the Harv. Sq., Central Sq, Somerville, Watertown, Brighton etc Post Offices for info..http://iafdb.travel.state.gov/DefaultForm.aspx

Many post offices do passports.

Look on the U.S. State Department website and you can download an application and follow instructions to order one.

I went to my local post office, got photos at CVS before hand because it was cheaper. It helped to have an appointment at the post office when i turned in my application. I get my passport very quickly this way.
