How can I make a facebook page be a fan page?

I’m trying to make a fan page on facebook but I made a regular page, is there a way to change that account to be a fan page?

…but you can make a group page with your regular page (account) as Admin.

You can make a fan page but your first page or main page will be the one that controls it. They will appear separate and people can become a fan without having to do anything with the main account.

Just make a fan page for my business.. I don’t think you can move content.. you have to set up new page an delete old.. this is the site that helped me http://tutorialblog.org/how-to-create-a-facebook-fan-page/ Good Luck.
