I’ve got a buddy who speaks Korean natively, and while his grasp of the English language is very strong he’s often confused by the very odd words found within user interfaces. Is it possible to switch Window’s user interface, whilst maintaining the ability to write and read in English? Or do you need a Korean copy of Windows/Office to accomplish this?
