I finally started taking my dog to the park.
She had never been before because I use to never have time.
She’s so happy there. :)

I just got home from my jazz band concert. I play the oboe, which is not at all a jazz instrument, but this year I decided to pick up the saxophone so that I could join the jazz band. I had a big solo, and I think I nailed it!

I’ve been working really hard day and (especially) night to get my BSc, and so far the grades have been really good!

Only 2 more weeks until I have my well-deserved 3 weeks off!

Yay for me!

Last summer I did a 4-day solo backpacking trip into the North Cascades. Previously I have done a few solo over-nighters, and other 4-day trips with friends, but to do one this long by myself was a big endeavor for me. It was really good for my head as I was going through a very difficult time in my life.

I love this post!!!

I’ve been more focused at work this week than I have been all year (2010). :)

(doesn’t sound like much…but I sucked as an employee there for a minute…I can admit it! haha)
