If I find myself judging someone’s personality, I let go and take other perspectives to get a more authentic sense of who they really are as a person. Though, people do have habitual ways of being, and I can certainly appreciate or get upset by those – I just won’t judge them as a whole person for them, unless I’m stuck in my own automatic thinking at the time (which happens, of course – it’s an automatic behavior).
Or if all I can see is one persona, like an Internet persona that is only showing me one facet that annoys me – sometimes I react to the persona because that’s all there is in that medium.
