How do I lessen my dependance on sleep?
No, I’m not kidding, and I’m not stupid. I know our bodies need sleep. But honestly just because people feed us the line that we have to have 8 hours a night doesn’t mean we really do.
Anyway, I just want to know practical ways to keep myself up later on a regular basis and to wake up immediatly when my alarm goes off in the morning. THANKS!
