Trouble sleeping through the night?

I go to bed around 10pm and Every night before I go to sleep I make sure I’ve had some water or milk to stay hydrated, I also have a bowl of cereal so I am satisfied and for the past 2 weeks or longer I have been waking up at the exact same time every night around 2:15–2:20AM either being hungry or needing to use the bathroom, and then when I get back into bed I can’t get comfortable and I won’t end up falling back asleep until around 4:45am, Then having to be up again at 5:30am for work, It’s very exhausting and I don’t understand why this is happening. Is there anything I can do to prevent waking up in the middle of the night like this?
