Just because we didn’t really see much of it, doesn’t mean it didn’t rise. And of course, if it can rise without us seeing it, it sure can set without us seeing it. It’s still going to get dark, isn’t it ? But as @dpworkin states, it doesn’t really rise or set at all, so does it really matter ?
