I have Tourette’s Syndrome (TS) but I don’t suffer from coprolalia. TS runs in my family though and I have a male cousin who has had to deal with coprolalia for over 20 years. In my own experience with tics – people are douchebags. I don’t think anything so “out of the ordinary” will ever cease to be funny to ignorant a-holes. The only thing that might realistically help in my opinion would be finding ways to make information about TS more readily available. Once people realize that it’s completely involuntary and absolutely more distressing to the person suffering with it than it could ever be for observers, then hopefully they’ll get themselves together and grow up. This guy is amazing and if you’re interested in this sort of thing… I recommend this video
