Whats the best way to get a good hole shot?

I ride motocross and i always do good on every thing but the hole shot(which is the start). I have the jumps and turns down but after my starts its hard to catch up!!!

Go when the flag drops. Go really fast. To get more power, consider some after market products. Ann old boyfriend of mine went to a place in Ohio and had something done to the gears. I remember the word “impreglon”, but I don’t remember what the process was called. Supposedly, it gave the bike more power. He still never won any races.
