Ben and Jerry’s use to have one, but I don’t think they still do. You can make your own Guinness Ice Cream here http://www.accidentalhedonist.com/index.php/2006/02/15/guinness_ice_cream if you like.

Now on the other hand, Dark Beer flavored ice cream and salted peanuts and pretzles,...maybe.

I’ve had garlic ice cream and green tea ice cream (more yummy!)

I saw this question, and was gonna say “EW!”, but @OneMoreMinute beat me to it. So…“Gag!”...oh wait. Well…GROSS! Why would you want that? As a joke? Bachelor party perhaps? I would think you would have to make up your own recipe. Which is just as well…homemade ice cream is ALWAYS better.
