Einstein is quoted as saying ”Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

This quote helps me concretely identify certain patterns in my life, and yes some insanity. (I am not making light of mental illness, I am focusing on the idea of insanity as irrationality and foolishness.)

Now, I want to hear some thoughts on sanity. My hope is that I might be able to identify some of that in my life also!
