Being English I’m tempted to say deep fried with a side of chips (fries).

Lightlyseared has the right idea,

Treat it the same way you would cook flounder or sole. Lightly breaded, sauteed in olive oil and butter.. Broiled with lemon and butter..

Lots of choices.
