If you need to fast for bloodwork, does it make a difference what chunk of time you fast for?
The instructions say not to eat anything or have anything other than water after midnight. But if I were to fast from, say, 8am and had blood drawn in the evening, would it make a difference as long as I had been fasting for 8 hours?
