@jfos – I just had that for breakfast, but with 1% milk. Yummy, nutritious, and filling! High fiber cereals are the key to being satiated until lunch time.
I also like to take a 6 oz. cup of Stonyfield Organic Yogurt (any flavor) and mix in some fresh fruit, some Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal, and some almonds… so Good – and Good for you! I will eat this for lunch or even dinner – especially in the summertime, because the meal is cool and refreshing and fruits are fresh and delicious!
Since I have a long commute, I stop at Dunkin’ Donuts and get their Turkey Sausage Egg-white Flatbread and a large Latte with Skim milk… this will hold me until lunch on most days. But the days when I wake up especially hungry, I will add the hash browns, which aren’t nutritious, but taste SOooooo GOOOoooood!
