Don’t increase your ab workouts its unnecessary! It’s a common misconception that the more you do the more you build your muscle. You should only exercise each muscle group in the body one day a week (weights\ cruncheswise) otherwise you will over work the muscle group and actually start to break down muscle tissue.
Increase your run distance as @stranger_in_a_strange_land suggested and make sure you do your crunches before any cardio not after to make sure that it is getting sufficient blood glucose and proteins for muscle repair that will be significantly depleted after a cardio sess.
I don’t have any experience with supplements but as a biologist I can tell you they are generally a con. If anything take a whey protein shake within 45mins of working out and make sure you graze on healthy protein rich foods (porridge, almonds, nuts, berries etc) throughout the day.
