Just came on to realise that SophieF (Dibley) has been banned. And it seems someone else I thought was rather nice on here JeffVader has also gone too (whenever I click on his icon from old questions it tells me not found)

I am quite upset by this and have seen questions regarding SophieF’s removal from the site but that is not what I am interested in.

Are there certain members of this site that really make you want to come on here?
also if ANYONE knows where JeffVader went would be appreciated, found a strange cachified version of his profile to jog anyones memory

its just bummed me out a little is all..

JeffVader is still a member. The last date he was on the site was May 24th, which was only last Monday. Send him a PM to get in touch with him.

I don’t see much point on getting too attached to specific users. It’s nice to see recognizable names, but I love seeing a regular influx of new users as well, except for the repeat questions, but that’s par for the course.

It still bothers me that someone can be removed “for the good of the site”; it’s vague and open to abuse. Meh, there’s nothing I can do about it…

did not feel sad about what happened to Dibley…and Jeff left because of what happened to Dibley! Just did not see where she deserved to “canned!” But, that was from my prespective…as I did not read all her comments. Bottomline, we move on…everyone has to walk their own walk!
