“Great Question” (0points)

Sam Raimi directed a film about some sort of alien invasion, perhaps a take on “The Man Who Fell to Earth”.

It was filmed in Michigan in the late 1980s, or around that time.

Does anybody know what he did with this film?

Thanks.

A pretty comprehensive list of his projects in varying capacities would be his IMDB page.

I don’t remember any alien invasion movies coming from Sam Raimi. In 2009, though, he was going to produce a movie called Alien Invasion, directed by Fede Alvarez.

Perhaps he worked on the film? I’m not sure. There was an alien invasion type film that my friend was in and we’re trying to find what he did with the footage. It was filmed in the late 80s some of it was in Michigan at a small university

If it isn’t on IMDB then I’d say you’re thinking of the wrong person, or it was a project that stalled and what film he has of it is in the trunk of his Delta 88.

On a side note, it appears that he either is or was supposed to direct the film adaptation of Terry Pratchett’s “Wee Free Men.” I didn’t know that.

I rented a dvd of small random things that Sam Raimi/Bruce Campbell directed or were in. It might be on there. Shorts, commercials, etc. That might have been where you saw it.

He’s producing a movie called “Alien Invasion”. Google

Sure you’re not talking about The Evil Dead? It was filmed in part in Michigan in the 80s.

I would have to guess The Evil Dead, like @ipso said. Awesome trilogy.
