Am I going to get billed from the red box?
I rented a DVD and I was returning it to the redbox today. I inserted it into the machine, it took it, and the screen kinda froze on to instructions how to return a DVD. There was no receipt or “thank you” screen to let me know it was returned and no email confirmation. I know you get SOMETHING that confirms you returned it. I don’t know if I’ll be charged extra now because there’s no way to prove that I returned it. The employees were no help!
