Recently, a handful (haha) of common warts have developed on my fingers. At first, I thought they were tiny blisters from doing something, but then I realized what they were. They aren’t nasty looking or anything, but I wish they weren’t there. I am pretty sure that they come from the HPV, something that has to be naturally fought off by the immune system on an indefinite and unpredictable schedule.

Now they have begun to affect my guitar-playing, by hurting on my fret hand when I do certain slides, bends, etc.

Does anybody have an idea of how to cure them or how to play guitar without pain from them?
