Marlboro, then switched to Kool, then quit

I used to smoke Marlboro, but they got too expensive. So I switched to generic. ;)

I’m defining the term ‘smoker’ loosely, but my brands were Marlboro (Menthol) and Djarum.

@knitfroggy I quit before there was generic. What is a generic cigarette? Where do you get them?

In this order.
Kool, Newport, Kool, Lucky, Chesterfields, Camel, Parliment, Camel.
Smoking is stupid.

Ex smoker that smoked Kools because I was cool. I quit 22 years ago.

Winstons- Benson & Hedges- Virginia Slims- Marlboro-Winstons.

Funny, I didn’t realize I quit smoking while smoking the cigarette brand that I began smoking.

American Spirit, and I rolled them myself.

@josie Well what I call generic are cigarettes that aren’t Marlboro, Kool, Newport, Winston, etc. I just get them anywhere-Walmart, gas station, cigarette store. But as of late, I’ve been smoking my electronic cigarette more than anything.

I used to smoke menthols – whichever was the cheapest I could find.

I don’t want to sound too old (although I am) I quit when a pack went over 75¢
