Buy some Frozfruit coconut popsicles. Hope you can find them, because I can’t find them where I live. Or any premium popsicle with chunks of fruit. Better than having the ice cream. Oh, and fruit that is in season like watermellon, nectarines, and plums. Lastly, treat yourself to cereal you loved as kid so you don’t have to cook. Captain Crunch, Lucky Charms…
i love coconut popsicles. at the health food store. I dont do much ice cream, i’m diabetic. I buy frozen fruit and eat that as a treat. or sugar free popsicles. Love cereal….forgot that too.
Some kind of fresh fruit for sure. Something sweet – to snack on and ingredients to make dessert in case you suddenly get a craving for it at home and it’s too late to go shop for ingredients. Savoury snacks.
