Would modding have taken away lurve?

I thought that was impossible. It has to be a mistake.

Maybe they have instigated that negative lurve thing that so many people used to think was a good idea.

I doubt that. I think that suggestion has been soundly trounced every time it has come up.

The only times lurve gets removed is if you were caught gaming the lurve system. Other than that I can’t think of any reason other than faulty memory. Well maybe a database issue, but I doubt you’d be the only one affected, and even if that was the case I’m sure whoever fixed it would have contacted you to let you know :)

I didn’t think you could max out on lurve on GQ’s, just GA’s. But apparently I was wrong, because I just gave you a GQ and your total didn’t go up. I maxed out on you long ago. :-(
Edited to add: I just gave Jjmah a GQ and I know I’m maxed out on her, and her lurve went up.

I will say out loud that I don’t really care about lurve either, but my answering this question seems to negate that statement.

I have to add that in the last half hour I’ve received 2 GAs, and my lurve total has not moved a bit. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I can only guess-timate about it, but I think it happens to me about once a week.

Is there anything to be done about it? Does it matter?

@hawaii_jake If someone has already given you 100 lurve points, s/he has maxed out on you and any GAs they give you from then on, will not increase your lurve total. However, you still have the satisfaction of being well-lurved. The longer you are here, the harder it is to increase your total.
