Well yeah the witchyworld.mp3 is the Banjo-Tooie edit of it. I’m talking the original tune.

It is not, by any stretch, a polka, and is played on the barrel organ in the YouTube rendition cited by the OP.

Use the barrel organ and throw in some syncopation and even “The Star Spangled Banner” will sound like the circus or country fair is outside your window.
