I have found myself eating the same salad a couple times a week. I love it, but I’d also like to change it up sometimes.

My usual is:

red romaine
spinach
(sometimes arugula)
cucumbers
(sometimes avocado)
almonds
parmesan or romano grated on top

And dressed with a little bit of olive oil and lemon juice.
