By magic, I mean a number of things. I events that occur without apparent cause. I also mean imagining an event, and then having that even enacted in reality and believing that our imaginations have the power to influence or create reality. I also mean the magic that happens inside our heads—things existing inside that don’t exist outside, but that have the same psychological influence as something real, or that might teach us something about reality or meaning.
