the question you should be asking is: if a woodchuck could chuck wood, then what is the sound of one woodchuck chucking? Furthermore, would a woodchuck chucking make a sound in the forest if there is no ear to hear it? That is, assuming the woodchuck was deaf…

When I think of “chucking” I think of throwing. So when you ask how much would a woodchuck can chuck you must think about its strength. A nerdy lazy woodchuck definatly cannot chuck as much wood as the bodybuilder woodchuck.
