Marinade: so--Stubb's wasn't it. Now what?
My husband took the recommendation of a Texan and marinated a London broil in Stubb’s marinade just to make our lives more interesting. I’d have been willing to guess that his tastes might be sharply different from ours. And I’d have been right. So what do you suggest?
No alcohol.
Not peppery.
Not tomatoey.
Not sweet.
Not hot and spicy.
Not too strong in any particular flavor direction.
But savory is nice.
Would you like to recommend a brand or recipe?
