I agree with @augustlan. Contact your bank and determine what may be the best course of action to protect your money. Then call the police. My card number got stolen once, my bank turned off the old card, issued a new card with a new number, and things have been fine since then. You could also consider changing some of your information (like getting a new e-mail address and changing any security questions you feel may have been compromised).
Since this issue is more in depth for you, you need to do more than that. You may also want to contact the three main credit agencies and get a credit report to see if there is anything new showing up on your credit. If you are not planning to make any major purchases in the near future, you may want to put a freeze on your credit. The ability to do this varies from state to state, but they should be able to help you with it. Putting a freeze on your credit will mean that anyone trying to get approved with your information will be declined and I believe you will be notified of the attempt. Good luck.
