I would agree with most everything about. However, I would like to point out that love can exist outside of Christ [or any one deity for that matter.]
I think love exists within all of us. It is the ability to make someone feel safe. You want to do everything you can to make that one person happy. It’s the concept that you know you can trust that person with anything and it will not change their image of you. It’s the feeling that every thing you do with that person is special, regardless of how much it costs.Love is like oxygen, you need it to live. All you need is love. The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.
There’s a reason that the majority of poetry and lyric is about love yes I know, extremely broad general statement because people need love. Love is everywhere, in every thing and every one. Therefore, when people tie love to a specific diety, “Love is the Light of Christ” , I just feel like it limits it so much.
