All weight loss pills are scams. Even if you do lose weight by taking them, you’re almost guaranteed to gain it all back – and possibly end up weighing more than you did before taking the pills.

Sorry, but you’re best off trying to lose weight the old fashion way: eating healthy and exercising.

If there were such a thing, there would be a lot fewer obese Americans. There’s no magic bullet: eat less, exercise more.

Probably the only thing that will lose weight is your purse, really not you(r body).

There’s only one safe and sure way to lose weight safely: a permanent change in one’s eating habit that features fewer calories and more exercise. Diet pills = bad.

Ordinary Vitamin B. It will give you some energy, calm your nerves and make you feel all around better. So, you will move around, you won’t be ‘comfort’ eating (my downfall) and you’ll enjoy life more because you won’t be running yourself down for lying in your bed all day eating!!

move more… eat less… that’s the toughest pill to swallow.

@RealEyesRealizeRealLies, not only did you say what I said, you said it better!
