What is the difference between a DVD-RW, DVD-RAM, and DVD+RW?
Here’s a better explaination than I can give.
The “R” refers to record and rewrite. To put it frankly, DVD-RW disc is a re-writable optical disc.
DVD – RW means that you can record and rewrite information onto it
DVD – RAM means that you have a pre-recorded disc on which you can change the information if you wish to.
