What dog breeds are popular in your neighborhood?

“Great Question” (1points)

I see a lot of pit bulls, boxers and various tiny apartment-sized dogs.

Rottweilers used to be common but I rarely see them now.

Golden retrievers were big when I was a kid (“Roll over, Liberty!”)

Hunting dogs are big here. Wiems, Labs, Goldens and GSPs mostly. With a few chessies and Springers.

Labradoodles, Beagles and Maltese. It makes my roommates’ ½ Weimaraner/½ Jack Russell stand out.

Golden Retrievers, boxers, little white dogs (maybe bichon friches?).
Dalmations used to be big for a while, but haven’t seen many of them lately.

There’s a lot of Shih Tzu’s in my neighborhood.

Golden Retrievers. Westies. So cute, except when they bark over nothing at night.

In the neighborhood where I grew up, it was almost entirely Yellow Labs and the smaller Terriers. This neighborhood seems to have a huge mix, so it’s hard to say.

Hunting dogs, yucky! Poor pooches in their cages! Makes me sick!

ever since my boyfriends parents got a Labradoodle, i’ve been spotting them everywhere. I seriously have an eye for them. Also, blue heelers are really popular. I love them both.

Lots of Staffordshire bull terriers, they’re pretty much the “local” breed in north-west England. Boxers and German Shepherds are very popular too.

@Deja_vu My hunting dogs have the run of the house, their door is the only one that is never locked. They just prefer to be outside most of the time.

@WestRiverrat That’s cool.
