How to disable Android HTMLviewer and use BeamReader PDF instead?

I recently purchased BeamReader PDF for Android so I could open PDF files that were unreadable by the default Android HTMLviewer. However I cannot find for the life of me how to disable the HTMLviewer and activate BeamReader. Tried contacting BeamReader developers but no response, and it’s too late to get a refund of my $4. Help!

Found this:

Menu, Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, then go to your current reader, and remove the default selection. Next time you try a pdf you’ll be given the choice again.
