I am looking for the term used to justify the corporate veil. the translation of the term from Hebrew is "leveraging ratio", however, I looked around Wikipedia and there was no discussion of the issue of the corporate veil.

I think it's just called "debt-to-capital ratio" http://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/debt-to-capitalratio.asp
