Earl Gray contains antioxidants. It also contains caffeine, which may be good or bad depending on what time of day it is. If you need a little lift in the morning, reach for the Earl Grey. Chamomile does the opposite, soothing a person to sleep. Although many people use it as a remedy for upset stomach, it can be an irritant to some people and will actually make them feel queasy. If you are sensitive to certain types of food and drink, you may want to start off with a small cup of chamomile tea to make sure it won’t have a nauseating affect on you.
