Google Notebooks, OneNote, or Evernote?
What is a good note-taking program out of those?
Is there a way to import bookmarks from another bookmarking site like Diigo into Google Notebooks or another note-taking program?
How do you do it (if you can)?

It took me 20 minutes of futzing around to figure out Google Notebook just now. I’ve been using Evernote for months (with a zero learning curve) and I love it.
Google stopped development in 2009 on Notebook. Use at your own risk.
Evernote is increasingly popular, especially with the introduction of Apple’s new Mac App Store. It seems to have a bright future.
For work (and confidentiality) purposes, I use Microsoft One Note and love it. Of course, it’s limited to the Windows platform and costs money. But I enjoy the free-flowing layout, pages, tabs, and notebooks. And the export to PDF to share with non-One Note users is great.

I don’t use diigo. But have you already tried reading their How to export page?
I’d go with Evernote. It’s on every mobile platform, and every desktop platform. Everything you do with it can be accessed if you have an internet connection, and you remember your sign in info.
I second @J0E I like that with ever note you have cross platform synchronization.
For school, OneNote, hands down. For clipping articles, Evernote.
I have used MS OneNote for several years and love it. It can be used for simple to powereful complex reasons. It automatically saves changes and reverts to last session. Be careful with cut and paste and restore. the restore last does not always work right. (ctl-Z)
Because this works great for me, I have not had a need to touch the other ones referenced.
@blueiiznh Restore? Ctl+Z isn’t restore. Ctl+Z is undo. Ctl+Y is redo.
agreed, i typed on the fly. the function to rollback doesnt work very well, nonethe less

I know you didn’t mention it but if you are comfortable using firefox you might like Zotero
It is intuitive, easy, does lots, and is free.
OneNote, hands down.
That said, since I bought my Mac I’ve pretty much been forced into Evernote. It’s not quite the same, but the best alternative for the platform.
