Extract mac osx from a vmware image?

I most likely can get my hands on a max osx server (g4 I think, the one with 4 hard drives, rack mount) and checked online to download osx server because I can’t afford 500 on a machine that might not work properly (boots up fine though). I could only find a vmware image. Could I somehow put it on a real hard drive, or does Mac osx have a utility to make installation CDs?

note that it HAS TO BE osx server

You may have Steve Jobs knocking at your door shortly. Apple is very ANTI-PIRATE and server I believe requires a internet connection back to Apple to verify authenticity.

The utility is found in Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility.

I’ve been using Macintoshes since 93 – I disagree with Tropical_Willie’s comment. I’ve not always been able to afford things. And very few apple products call home – that’s a windows phenomenon that started invading Mac software [via developers] back in 2003. But not Apple.
