Re: delivery – I can recommend a great midwife in the area if you are interested in going that route. PM me if you want.

It would depend on who has the problem. Then I would research which hospital has the highest success rate with that particular problem.
Ask your OB for a referal. They usually have a better idea of who has the best track record.

You are lucky to have the choices you have. They are all excellent and there are others as well. Use Google to see what their records are. Is Boston Lying In still there or is that now Women’s?

Both hospitals are world class.
My experiences sides with BWH.
You however have to be comfortable and trust your provider no matter where you go.
PM me if you want specifics on my preference.

I am a clinic member with a neighborhood cliic operated by Madd General. I’m very happy tieh them. They occasionally refer a specif issue to Harvard Medical School or Tufts. There, you will get servicve at a discounted rate for a doctor who has gone back to school to gain a specialty. A absolutely brilliant teaching doctor in that specialty will supervise all work. But you often have to be referred in by a family practitioner, or in my case, the Internist at the MGH North End Clinic.

Also BWH is a Harvard Medical Teaching Hospital.
