Which band or singer was overlooked untill now when it came to performing a theme song for a James Bond movie?

Asked by rebbel (35553points) February 13th, 2012

Shirley Bassey, Duran Duran, Tina Turner, A-Ha, Tom Jones, Gladys Knight, Madonna, etc.
Pretty big names that already had the honor to do a theme song for a 007 film.
But for the forthcoming Bond movie(s), who do you think should get a chance to produce/sing the accompanying music?

Good question.

How about Faith Hill?

It would ad a country flavor to any James Bond movie and it would be different.

I am not a fan of country music, but I say Faith Hill for several reasons. She is beautiful, she can sing, she is still married and loves her husband. What else can I say?

Amy Winehouse would have been cool to have on the soundtrack. Too bad she’s gone like Whitney Houston.
