If you count cutting somebody’s head off or cutting their throat and bleeding them out, then yes. I’ve been to a couple of those places.

I don’t know for sure. But I bet if it happens, it’s happening in the same places I was talking about.

If I was a betting man, I would put it on Yes. I’ve probably been to some of the same places as @josie . Sometimes practiced in front of the family of the victim.
