So how many of the clowns on here do you think post questions purely to shock people or get their own rocks off?

In another bad mood Adi? Calm down.

Though I do notice there are some “controversial” question popping up lately

Hey, I resemble that remark!

Some clearly think about this shit waaaay too much. Planning responses as they go about their daily lives, plotting retarded questions that they think are going to shock.
They must lead a desperately sad existence for this place to matter that much.
It could be said that this question mirrors those actions, slightly ironic.

You mean like this one?

If you know they’re bait, best not to bite.

There was a newbie that recently claimed she was 13, had a root canal 6 months ago, and had not had a follow-up visit since. Her question was about her response to the prescription for codeine her dentist had phoned in for her, on top of the antibiotics she was [still] taking.

That was a fun one.
Oddly enough she got an appointment that day and the question was closed.

We all ask stupid questions. Are you now tiring of it?

^ Strange you chose that particular screenshot as evidence for “stupid” questions.
Mine was tongue in cheek in response to a raft of dumb questions at the time, context is key.

I don’t believe any of the regulars here make a habit of it. I find it formidably intimidating that so many here are so adept at hurling examples of your own doing back in your face. Let that be a lesson to both of us!

I’ve never known a clown who didn’t like attention. That’s kind of the point of being a clown.
