You should have received a confirmation #/email from them with the long auction number for your auction; signing on to ebay and entering that auction number in the search window should bring it up on the screen, showing you that it is ‘live’. If not, contact them.

You should also see this in your ‘my eBay’ account section when you log in to eBay.

Am I understanding your question right?

You understood it fine.

Further question: How long does it usually take to start receiving bids?

It depends on the duration of your auction and the starting price. If you have a relatively high starting price, its typical not to get any bids until the final day of the auction.

Could you post the link to your item on eBay?

These are the links:
Nintendo Wii
Nintendo DS

Thank you so much!

P.S. For Some reason they only open in Firefox!

Ooh, the mythical Nintendo Wii. You have received your first bid. ;-)

It looks like this is the first item you’ve sold on eBay. Another important factor to potential bidders—especially for higher priced items—is the seller’s feedback rating. Building up your rating should increase the number of bidders in your auctions.
