How do I PDF-ify multiple images from photoshop?

I’ve been using PrimoPDF to create PDFs as it’s free. I have 2 separate photoshop files I’d like to turn into 1 PDF.
How do I do it with PrimoPDF or a different free PDF program?

Probably under File>Export or Save As. Then click the PDF option. I have a Mac so it might be different.

Yeah, I have a PC, it doesn’t allow me to do that. i’ll poke around that options menu. I admit I haven’t fully explored Photoshop’s ability to do it on its own.
