Why is my printer cutting off the right hand edge when printing in Portrait?

I have always been able to print out my eBay or Paypal pages in Portrait form, and the pages have always printed out correctly in this format. Now, all of a sudden, the Portrait setting will cut off the right hand printing, and I have to use Landscape setting to get the entire print-out. What has happened and how can I correct it back to Portrait?

how much exactly does it 'cut off'? You're saying you are able to print the same page in the same full area on landscape more but not in portrait? Have you checked all your print margin settings? Do you have the same issue in different applications (not just your browser)?

It cuts off about an inch on the right hand side. Yes, in landscape you get the whole width. It doesn't do it in Word, for example.
