What starch has the most amylose?

1. Tapioca Starch
2. Potato Starch
3. Corn Starch

Which of these three have the most amylose in their makeup?

@crisw This isn’t homework, this is my own question. I’m trying to figure out stuff about bio-plastics because I want to make some for a science experiement.

I typed each type into my search box, clicked on the wikipedia article for each, and followed the sources at the bottom. I could find a full answer, but it appears that there are many different types, and the amount of starch varies.
