Did I read the question wrong? Didn’t the OP specifically say that he/she didn’t want to make the macaroni and cheese? I’m assuming that by make she meant not only the baked home made kind, but also the kind you have to prepare from a mix, like Kraft (although it is pretty danged yummy!)
If you want to go out and get some, if you are lucky enough to have a Whole Foods market nearby, their hot deli usually (but not always) has mac and cheese and it’s awesome!
For frozen mac and cheese, I like Amy’s
I also have tasted and loved Trader Joe’s brand (but as a vegetarian, I can’t have it, now that I discovered that it’s made with rennet, a non vegetarian item).
Some of the other “healthy” style green grocers like Henry’s, Sprouts, Frazier Farms and Jimbos usually have prepared (but not frozen) macaroni and cheese in their takeout deli fridges, and so far the ones I’ve tried have been pretty good.
