I’m wondering what are the dishes at 1:18 and 8:59 called? They both look so GORGEOUS.

Don’t know about the one at 8:59, but the one at 1:18 looks to be Korean BBQ ribs, called Kalbi.

It is a variation of bbq spicy pork rib. Korean style of course.

I don’t know what it’s called but it is very good. I have eaten it in Seoul many times!
