I don’t really know. I just know that vitamin B12, using conditioner, giving yourself head massages is supposed to help you to have healthy hair. I’ve been gray since my early 50s and my hair is dry and kinky, but you wouldn’t know it because of the shampoo, conditioner I use, and the massaging I do. In the summer though, I have to shampoo less or my hair is really dry. Any who how, enjoy your graying hair. It’s a sign of maturity and with that comes wisdom! ; )
