I bought the first version of Heartbeats at one of Gaga’s concerts. I do love them, but they fall out very easily. To delay the falling out, I would have to push the earbud in farther. This felt uncomfortable and gross. Also, the earbuds would fall off without me noticing and get lost. This was very annoying, as I had to keep changing sizes from what I had left. The new version claims to be lighter, to prevent the falling out. I LOVED the sound quality, and yes, am a huge Gaga fan. So naturally, I want the new ones. Who has tried them? Do they still fall out? Also, if I purchase and try them and am unsatisfied, will stores typically let me return them still?
